Do you think that Tesla is a company which will stick around in the long term, or is it eventually doomed for bankruptcy?

I think Tesla will not only stick around but also prevail in the world in near future. This question is an outdated question. The underlying article was written on Jan 22 2020 and it was just imminent to Tesla's exponential growth. After two years, Tesla justified most of the suspicious opinions like this TSLAQ. The market cap became 737B and is the 5th in the United States. So, the worry of bankruptcy is totally inappropriate at the moment.

First, it has FSD(full self-driving). Tesla has a state-of-the-art AI technology among all EV companies and is the only company that has its own AI chip specialized in full self-driving and is better than Nvidia. It will be a game changer to enable Tesla's Robo-taxi plan and make humans free from all kinds of driving. Also, this FSD can be accepted for electric vertical take-off and landing(eVTOL), Urban Air Mobility(UAM), and all drones.

Second, it is the only EV company in the world that is successful in vertical integration. Vertical integration provides a dominant position compared to other EV car manufacturers regarding low prices and outstanding profit. Tesla produces EV cars, batteries, solar energy, ESS(electricity storage), and FSD. It considers expanding mining raw materials such as lithium and nickel which is crucial for batteries.

Third, Telsa has SpaceX. They are not listed yet but will proceed with the IPO soon. SpaceX bolsters the highest market value among unlisted companies in the world. If it merges with Tesla, it will be the most valuable on the planet.

For these reasons, I think Tesla will prevail in the world in near future.
